CAP signing and verification using DAP

Hi folks,
I'm interested in strong signing of CAP files to ensure they aren't tampered when installed by a card issuer. Are there any available tools for signing CAP files, setting the DAP verification key in GP and installing with DAP verification enabled? Or perhaps instructions on doing this other than the GP specification?
