JavaCard OS

If anyone knows of a way (or a site) that has the other tools in the list (with JCIDE and the others) as downloadable executables, I would like to know where to get them. My internet connection where I live is (to be polite) iffy and I usually have to go to the local library to access the 'net to use web-based tools. My thanks for listening to my request

It seems that there is no ATR/ATS tools for you to download.

I have the 2 you pointed out, I was just hoping you or someone knew of executable versions of ATR/ATS rather than web pages. Thanks!
