Is there a tools for parsing ATR?

To parse the ATR(Answer to reset), every time is very difficult. It need to parse byte by byte, is there a tools for parsing ATR?

Maybe this link http://162.216.19.160:8098/ is helpfu to you. It's very easy to parse ATR.

Is possible to make offline tool check ATR?

Better to have a executable file with UI, what do you think? can find time to make one? :mrgreen:
