If I buy A40CR cards, can I have the cards with the default keys of the ISD using AES rather than 3DES? As far as I know, the default security channel of this card uses SCP02.

As defined in GP2.2, AES is used in SCP03 and 3DES is used in SCP02.
So it's impossible to use AES in SCP02. That is you should use AES in SCP03.
