How to install the driver? I following this method:

But i can't find the pkggen.exe?
Who has this exe?
Where this exe in? which SDK?

Currently, Feitian doesn't have CCID driver under IoT device, since the CCID is opensource driver, and it also made by Microsoft. but after they publish IoT, only less requirements of CCID on IoT, so I think that's why there is no CCID driver by default.
Luckly, Feitian also provide HID reader which apply HID(Human Interface Device) protocol, and Feitian provide second develop library for customer using, no need install any driver, so this would be a better solution for IoT device. Hope my answer help you, thanks
