I have a JCOP2.4.1 card and now its card manager state is OP_READY. If I want to change the state to PERSONALIZED, how can I do that?

There is no explicit step to make Security Domain State to PERSONALIZED.

And the most important is that Security Domain Life Cycle State PERSONALIZED is transitioned by Security Domain itself.

You should upload keys to Security Domain by PUT KEY commands.
Transition to PERSONALIZED state will be performed automatically.
