What are the initialization parameters?

Hello Everyone,
I have seen some example applets (like Wallet Applet), I couldn't understand what the initialization parameters are? that we pass as arguments in the INSTALL function as well as in the CONSTRUCTOR of the applet class. I RUN the small applet that I have written, And i just select my applet using "11 22 33 44 55 66". This is my AID, but I don't understand where and when I will put these parameters?
I shall be very thankful if someone can help me out in this.
