Why is that there are not available "smartcard" courses? is it illegal to teach it or what could the reason be?

Hello illbreakitIS ,Yes it is illegal to teach . Because if you can program a java card in the right way you as citizen could deploy a malware, To SIM card in telecom operators and spy on people privacy and make cell phone behave that user can not control like (make the caller ID is always on ,you can't turn it off)/(what if you could make the gps in a smart phone always on and user can not turn it off even if he changed phone.). So it is better to keep all who know how to brute forces DES key and who can write java card applet program, who can trick and copy all technologies that uses java card applets, under tight surveillance. Imagine if a citizen know how to take over control of a launched Tomahawk missile guided to a target , and guided to another direction and stopping it from self destruct.<br/>

Nonetheless, there are courses on Udemy under construction :D :D :) :)
