Jcop java card initialization

I just want to ask how can I initialize jcop J2A040
I have the TK data for it and the command to execute it.
Where can I run the command? Thanks for the help

Pls use
pyApduTool to connect the java card and then send your commands to the card.

Hey if anyone has a guide for this can I please get one I’ve been working for 2 days tying to get a card ready to format it but I can’t seem to figure it out
