Security bits in CLA

Post by Janel » Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:46 am

If I specified secure messaging, I mean I set bit3 or bit4 of CLA, what would it mean to the smart card?
Does it mean that the data in the APDU is coded and the smart card has to decode it?
