Has anyone written supplementary security domain before?
In my opinion, there is no need to write an applet for a new SSD, as we can create a new instance of an ISD.
Am I right?

A SSD does not have the same functionality as an ISD. ISD is open in GP terms. Cards may have a load file pre-loaded that can instantiate an SSD.
