If you are on the windows platform, you can use the function SCardReconnect to reset the card (warm or cold);
But send APDU command to reset card? I don't know how to do that.

You can change the key value in the util page of pyApdutool.
If can't, there is a .ini file in the same directory of pyApdutool. In the .ini file, you can find the default key value 0x40~0x4F, change it to your own.

I don't know the method to get the CIN in applet.

You met problem on the load step when debugging?
I think the reason is the JCIDE debugger can't support SIM card functions debug. You can try the CAP on your real SIM card, waiting for your test result. And sorry for my later reply,

What's the type of your card? Telecom card?
