The descriptor component is defined as being optional. No components in the CAP file reference the Descriptor Component. It can be used to parse and validate the elements of a CAP file.

Almost all the common Mifare cards (Ultralight, Ultralight C, Classic 1K,etc) can fit your needs. It really depends on you. You can also try Mifare clone 1K card in this store, which can be cloned easily.

Do you mean that contactless can't work is because the support current is not enough? The default current is < 100mA without card insert, the USB can provide enough current for reader, this is not a issue. buffer is where to output the data, offset is where to start in the buffer.
