I am going to transfer the security domain from the manufacturer's to the issuer security domain. I have initial manifacturer keys (ENC /DEC /MAC ) and I want to change them to the issuer keys. But I have no idea on how to do this. If anyone here knows, please help. Thanks in advance.

Descriptor.cap
I downloaded a file to a card and this file is not an applet, but it's used by another applet. Then I checked the APDUs log. The Descriptor.cap has not been sent to the card. In my opinion, it should also been sent to the card, am I right?
