In fact, it doesn't have any relationship with what language you need to implement.
You can refer to pyresman, which is open source project. You just need to know how to use the smart card library.

We have been using JCOP card provided by NXP, but now we are searching for cheaper variants.
It seems that A22CR card is the right one for us.
Does this card support extended length APDU with T=0 and T=1?
