JCIDE - login error

i encountered login error when i wanna register the JCIDE, i tried the solutions which mentioned in this forum, but still failed.
btw, i can login to this forum with my user and pwd.

anyone can help to fix this issue? thanks very much.

Firstly, you should make sure that you downloaded the latest version of JCIDE.

Our log shows that your username didn't connect our server at all. That is to say your JCIDE can't connect the network at all.
You may need to confirm whether JCIDE can connect network well. If not, please add JCIDE to the list of allowed programs in a firewall.

I have the same problem with JCIDE register!
I've added the program to firewall trusted applications but still "login error!" appears when I try to login.
Is there any way to get a register code?
