installation APDU command

Recently I started to study walletdemo applet in JCIDE.
But I am unclear about the installation APDU command of this applet instance:

Thanks for your reply. But how can I get the latter half of installation parameters behind tag 'C9'? I couldn't see any useful information in the spec about this part.

The parameters behind C9 are decided by the applet.

Show your code here if possible.
